Amazon EU + UK Fee Calendar 2024
It’s this time of the year again where Amazon announces all the fee changes for the year to come. Unfortunately, there are little good surprises for 2024. In fact, Amazon is increasing many of its fees and even introducing new ones… But 3fin.io’s got your back! We have compiled for you the detailed calendar of when each (new) fee comes into effect.
Effective February 5, 2024
- FBA fulfillment Fees for Pan-EU and EFN: unchanged in Germany, France, Italy and Spain but increasing in the UK, the Netherlands, Sweden, Poland and Belgium
- Remote Fulfillment Fee (for EFN): Reduced Remote Fulfillment fee for shipments sent from France, Germany, Italy and Spain to the UK
- Ships in Product Packaging: New discounts apply to 2024 FBA fulfillment fees for Ships in Product Pakcaging-certified units in the UK, FR, DE, IT and ES
- Return-to-seller Order Fees: Rates increasing on average between 10% and 50%, depending on the size tier
- Disposal Order Fees: Rates increasing on average by 50%, depending on the size tier
- Liquidation Processing Fees: Liquidation referral fees will remain unchanged, however, liquidation processin fees will increase by 20-30%
- FBA Prep Service Fees: FBA Label Service and opaque bagging service fees will be increased ; fees for bagging, bubble wrap and taping services will remain unchanged
- FBA Manual Processing Fees: Unplanned prep services fee will be increased for all items received at fulfilment centres in the UK (+25%) and EU (+29%)
Effective March 1, 2024
- Sales Discount in Pan-European New Selection Program: Extension of discounts for eligible products, including those not enrolled in the Brand Registry.
- Enhanced Benefits for Oversized Products in Pan-European New Selection Program: Improved storage, liquidation, removal, and discount benefits for eligible oversized products.
- Reduced Inventory Performance Index Score Requirement: Lowered minimum score required for eligibility in the Pan-European New Selection Program.
Effective April 1, 2024
- Low Inventory Cost Coverage Fee: Introduction of a fee for standard-sized products in the Pan-European Program with low inventory levels in Germany, France, Italy, and Spain.
Effective June 1, 2024
- Storage Usage Surcharge Update: Introduction of specific tariff ranges for the storage usage surcharge, applicable to Professional Sellers with a storage usage rate exceeding 22 weeks.
Effective July 1, 2024
- Updates to Oversize Product Surcharge: Changes to the oversize product surcharge in the Pan-European Program, particularly benefiting sales in France, Italy, and Spain with incoming inventory.
Effective September 1, 2024
- Introduction of Amazon Logistics Fees for Low-Priced Items in Belgium: New fees for items priced at or below €12 in Belgium.
Effective October 1, 2024
- Return Processing Fee Introduction: A new fee for high-return-rate products in all categories, excluding clothing and shoes.
